“sigh Alright fine I’ll help you out, but you need to eat something. I’ll get in even more trouble if Lord Eggman finds out you haven’t been eating.” Tails sighed and looked down at all the food he’s been given. “Does he really scare you that much?” The alternate Sonic said nothing. He just looked down with a fearful expression.
“Ok ok. I get it. You may not be exactly like the Sonic I know, but I hate to see you like this all the same. I’ll eat, but then we’re getting Hop back deal?” Sonic’s expression quickly brightened. He scooped up the snacks and grabbed Tails with his other free arm. “Thank you so much buddy! We’re gonna get you the best meal around.” With that Sonic ran off with his friend in tow.
“Here we are! You’re gonna love the meal,” Sonic exclaimed. Tails was a little apprehensive about the situation. “I thought we were just gonna have some snacks, but if you really think this is better then ok.” Sonic opened the door and escorted his friend inside. “Trust me! This is gonna be to die for. Yo Ams we have a guest! What’s for dinner?”
“Amy’s here too,” Tails thought, “well if she’s anything like everyone else then…” The pink hedgehog poked her head out to see who the guest was. Her initial excitement of meeting the guest quickly faded. She angrily marched over to alternate sonic. Both her body and house shook with each stomp. “Sonic!!! What are you doing!?! Why would you bring this… this… twig in here?” As tails had guessed she was certainly big just like Sonic Shadow and Rouge.
“Amy relax! This is Tails, from another uh planet er something. That’s not important though. What matters is Lord Eggman found out about him and he needs to eat something or he’ll be… you know… ‘reworked’.” She look at Tails with pity in her eyes.
“Alright… Tails do they have chilly dogs on your planet.”
“uh Dimension and yes we do.”
“Well you probably don’t have chilly dogs like we do! Come on, they’re almost ready. Why don’t you have a seat.”
Sonic and Tails sat at the kitchen table and waited excitedly for dinner. Five minutes later the tubby Amy came in and pressed a plate filled with chilly dogs. Sonic licked his lips and reached for a chilly dog, only to have his hand slapped away by Amy. “Hey! No. This is for Tails. He needs to eat.” She rested her hands on her blubbery hips and waited for him to eat.
“Thanks for the grub. I don’t think I can eat this all on my own, but I’ll try.” He took a bite of the first one and found it was delicious, the best chilly dog he ever had! “Oh boy that’s amazing! The Sonic from my world would love this. munch munch When I head back I gotta bring some home!” He dug in with more ferocity. The taste had him completely captivated.
“oof This is all so good. I don’t think I can eat anymore. Sonic you can have the rest.” Tails was just about to get up, but the alternate Amy pushed him back to the chair. “Oh no not yet! Three more and then you’re done. We’re already committing a crime by housing an outside the least you can do is fatten up more.” He looked down guiltily. “You’re right. Ok I’ll finish this up.” Sonic let out an audible groan of disappointment.
Though the progress was a lot slower, he still ate the last of the chilly dogs. “Ok hurp urp that’s it. phew No more. Thank you Amy, but Sonic and I have to go. We need to help me get back home.” She glanced down at and poked his newly developed potbelly. “Well… you are a little fatter, but are you sure you have to leave now? I can still cook more for you.”
