You walk past the docks and straight to the stores. It's a singular street filled with restaurants and various shops. Today is rather slow for business so finding your special fan shouldn't be too difficult.
You spend a good hour looking around, getting sweaty and tired, and decide to pick between two stores: a restaurant or some kind of antique shop. It's all about luck anyway, right?
