Miss Scarlet lifted up the paper you were on, glancing over it as her fingers brushed the back of the you, not noticing you were not paper. Stacy stood there nervously awaiting the judgement on her project. Miss Scarlet looked up at Stacy and said "young lady.....this is the best project i have seen all year! well done!" she said smiling, making Stacy let out a sigh of total relief. "really miss? you think so?" she said, disbelieving. Miss Scarlet smiled "of course and to prove it i think it should go up on the wall for all to see for the rest of the semester. "wait what?" you thought, you were stuck to this paper, she couldnt put you up on the wall all semester! unfortunatly, you couldn't really stop her right now.

you felt the staples punch through the paper and you firmly pinching you to the wall, feeling the paper press on you from the front and the wall behind. a total of eight staples pinned you firmly in place hidden behind Stacys amazing project as she actually got a little bit of applause from her class mates as she went to her seat. you however would have prefered her to get a failing grade, at least you wouldnt be stuck on a wall. how were you going to get out of this one?

the rest of the lesson you tried to move, to no avail, the paper pressed down on you too tightly to allow any reformation to take place. you stayed put as the bell rang, you stayed put as lunch was served, you stayed put during the afternoon classes and you were still motionless when everyone had gone home and the lights went out for the night. this was not a good position for you, the day had felt like an eternity, no one knew where you were, even if they looked, clearly right now you looked like a piece of paper, even if the wall behind you was glass, it would do you no good. were you really going to spend a semester like this? what if after all that time you cant unstick from the paper and Stacy never recognises you? what if Mary finds another boyfriend in that time? what if no one takes the project down off the wall, you could be here for years! but the biggest concern was, what if Mary really does find another boyfriend while your on the wall? you didn't think you could accept that, what were you going to do?
