And then Jessica spotted her! Her identity thief had looked over her shoulder right when Jessica was nearing a children’s seasonal display with a Santa and people dressed as his elf helpers. Her nemesis was laughing at Jessica as she pointed at her and yelled in her high-pitched voice, “You! Stop! I mean it!” and took off running after the imposter. As Jessica neared the midst of the line of children waiting to sit on Santa’s lap, one of the elf volunteers suddenly hoisted her off her feet and brought Jessica to a smaller, alternate line of naughty girls and boys who try to skip in line.
