As your vision refocuses after closing your eyes you notice a white box on the floor. The box is labeled with Build A Girlfriend in cursive blue letters. Examining the box further, you find that it is filled with some more human colored chunks, and an instruction booklet. The booklet describes in great detail how to build your girlfriend using the chunks in the kit.
You examine your room a bit more to notice if there were any other major changes. On your bed, you notice a catalogue. Reading the cover, you see it's the monthly Build It Catalogue featuring over 90 human models and a special "Build-your-own Furniture" section. You skim the opening section and discover that they have a 100% free return policy.
Examining your room further, you find nothing else of major change. However, going to your closet, you discover a pile of white boxes each labeled with a similar Build A Girlfriend logo. You notice that, in your handwriting and with a black sharpie, the word Ex- had been written on to all of the boxes. You find this odd, as in the original reality, you only recalled having one ex-girlfriend.
Now, you are unsure what you should do, you could re-build your girlfriend, or your could examine this new reality to see how the world has changed.
