A book about of a place called: head town

You read the cover. “Head town…what the hell…?”
You went up to your room, lay down and read the book. Turns out, It was about a place where a few hundred years ago, in a town nearby, now called “head town” a woman was accused of witchcraft during the Salem witch trials and as she was being executed, she placed an eternal curse on the town.
The code was that people were able to take themselves apart without pain or injury. It proved to isolate the town from the rest of the world as time went on.
On the last page, there was the apparent address of head town, a phone number and some instructions on how to join head town. What do you do first?
