What about women that grow to be gigantic? Somehow, you landing on the island triggered some sort of growth for them. Or maybe they had the power to grow themselves already, or maybe you can control their size. What ever the cause, the girls will grow. If it's natural or by you, the girls could be aware of their growth or not.
