Slinking further back along the building wall, Blaze began putting together a plan on how to distract the guards and get them away from the gate without any of them seeing her. As she was formulating, she moved over to the other end of the building, peeked out, and saw a solution that could prove effective, but it certainly wasn't moral... Hesitating at first, Blaze eventually conjured a small fireball and flung it towards a building on the opposite side of the town, setting it aflame. The frightened villagers were sent into a tizzy, causing the guards to take notice and rushed over to assist, leaving the way to the bridge wide open! Once they were far enough away, Blaze wasted no time dashing over to the archway and whipping around it, making sure she was well hidden. Peeking out to the burning building, Blaze then snapped her ungloved fingers, causing the fire to dissipate as quickly as it started. Despite her urgent situation, she did have some standards higher than her need for clothes that she had to uphold! In any case, she made it onto the bridge and with another guard patrol waiting on the other side, Blaze had to come up with another way to avoid this one!
