You decide to change your mom, first in a very subtle way.
“My mom doesn’t wear clothes besides shoes and never has, due to clothing not being required for females, and with it being completely acceptable in most countries for women to walk around naked. In addition, her and other women’s skin is incredibly hardy, so even the worst weather doesn’t affect them.”
