She gestures with two fingers towards her face to indicate that she wants her eyesight back and points to her chin where her mouth would be and shakes her head. "Ok then." You figure you may as well make something more interesting than just drawing her eyes back. You draw a single massive eye in the middle of her head. After a moment the eye blinks and your sister looks around the room. She quickly realizes the difference in her eyesight and gives you a thumbs up. "Glad you like it."
