This choice: Rose grows slowly each day... • Go Back... ...before a wave of hunger hit her.
Before she could even stop herself, she made her way to the barely-used kitchen. The room was pristine and glamorous like the rest of the Bennett mansion. Ultra modern gadgets were sprinkled throughout the large room that could easily work for a large family, and not for just Rose and her parents - not that she saw her parents much as it was.
Rose's father was constantly travelling for business, coming home for only a few days at a time before heading off to another state or country to do business with royalties and politicians all over the world. No one really knew what type of business he did, but there had been gossip going round for a number of years about affairs and secret families. Rose knew not to ask, merely shaking off the comments of some of her father's apparent scorned lovers when they turned up at the house demanding money and answers.
Her mother on the other hand, did not always take it well. She was only 19 when she'd met Rose's father, who was almost ten years her senior. As soon as the divorce from his first wife came through they'd had a lavish wedding at seven months pregnant with Rose. She'd hated her life since the day they'd said 'I do' feeling trapped in a loveless marriage, but too afraid to leave him after signing a strict prenup. Much like her husband, she'd had a number of affairs throughout Rose's life, all crashing and burning as quickly as they'd started.
Their relationship was one of the reasons she'd sworn off commitment.
Although the Bennett ladies rarely cooked in the kitchen, it was always fully stocked to keep up appearances for the few dinner parties and afternoon teas that her mother hosted. She'd never cooked, always bringing staff in to cater for her friends and passing it off as her own. A few martini's in, she'd confess to not cooking anything.
Rose opened the pantry, pulling out all the 'off-limits' foods that her mother used to keep for her the days after her break-ups where she'd stuff herself silly with grief. She'd gain 10 pounds and then work out like crazy for a month, or get liposuction. Rose swore to never let food take control of her life and had, up until this point, eaten what her nutritionist made her, or simply brought premade salads or low-carb meals, not caring for the taste of food so she could keep her killer bod.
Today, however, she had actually felt a real hunger for the first time.
In no less than an hour, Rose had devoured three pound cakes and some twinkies, washing it down with a 2L bottle of cola. She lay on the cool floor of the pantry groaning as she stroked her swollen belly, surrounded by wrappers. The hunger had gone, but the haze in her head crept over her more.
Here eyes fluttered, exhaustion coming over her as she slowly passed out.
As she lay there, the first slight changes came over her body. A soft layer of fat developed over her midsection as her breasts gained a little more padding. Her hips spread out a little wider, her thighs growing with it. The
A few hours later, Rose woke up.
Her light head had gone, replaced with nausea.
She barely had time to get to one of the many bathrooms in the house before she heaved. When she was finally done, one hand moved the bedraggled strands of hair from her face while the other came to rest on her tight stomach. She looked down at it, not caring about the slight softness as she'd never been athletic, focusing more on the face it curved out slightly and felt rock hard.
"Huh. I must be really bloated today." She shrugged it off, suddenly feeling tired again.
She made her way back up to her boudoir and curled up under the covers, not noticing the cursive note that had appeared on her dresser as she slowly drifted off to sleep. indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
