along with her sister fifi shai is a rare evolution of gloom akin to that of a shiny pokemon, her mutation however gives her much more control over her stink allowing her to focus it on any particular spot she chooses. before the tournament shai and fifi were using their stinks to gas innocent folks unto unconsciousness in back alleys
