Her stomach wakes her up in the night.

As TenTen is sleeping she begins to feel a severe stomach pain, she tries to ignore it but eventually starts to stumble into the bathroom to see the problem. She looks into the mirror noticing her stomach expanding. With this she begins to feel even more pain as it makes its way to looking pregnant. She was concerned she knew she only was with Temari and she was a girl, right. As she began to expand she felt doozy and panicked. She took a pregnancy test her mother had hidden and tested. After some time it said that she was confirmed to be pregnant.
