Whitney and her Miltank often are a big challenge for any attempting to gain her badge. So annoying and difficult that someone might want to shrink her in revenge! Or maybe she ticks off the wrong person with her bad attitude after suffering a loss?

Conversely, Jasmine takes her job as gym leader much more seriously. Her care and love for Pokemon is evident in how she treats sick Pokemon, such as the lighthouse's Ampharos. Who or what could possibly cause such a sweet girl to shrink?
