Both your's and Lydia's opinions were promptly ignored, and Cass grabbed her little girl and headed towards the bathroom. Lydia expressed her First Amendment right and began to protest, violently kicking her legs and screaming. You were screaming too, as the girl's kicks shook you back and forth. You could feel the sticky bond holding you to your cousin loosening.
And then it broke. You weren't saved from a watery grave though, as the juice-glue broke on a forward swing of the kick, hurling you into the porcelain death trap of the tub. Your Aunt's massive form leaned over and turned on the faucet, much to your dismay.
Peering over the sheer walls of the tub, you watched as Cass stripped her little girl, who'd seemingly forgotten about her hatred of cleaning and was happily playing with her plastic bath toys.
Cass vanished from the room again, only to reappear with a bottle of friendly looking bubble bath. She dumped the remainder of the bottle over your head. You hadn't expected that, and your eyes got quite their fill of soap. It felt like your very own pupils were bubbling out of your face. So much for tear-free.
The water rose about you, but it was too sudsy and you just couldn't manage to clear out your eyes. Everything was still a blur as you struggled to stay afloat. A massive wave washed over you as Lydia stepped into the other side of the tub.
