You pause for a moment to consider whether or not you should reveal the stone to Katie, but since you've already presented yourself to her in your shrunken state, you figured it couldn't do any additional harm.
You were shocked when your hand went to your pocket and the stone was missing! Your head swung about and your eyes went to the fridge, where you see a faint blue glow.
Oh no...
Katie is looking at your rapidly changing expression in confusion. You struggle to quickly explain what happened after you reconnected in Mexico.
"...but I must have dropped the stone while I was getting that part. It looks like it's still down behind the fridge," you conclude, pointing out the faint blue glow.
Katie nods in understanding.
"That's amazing Tony! What a discovery! And to have gotten it out of the country...imagine the things you could do! And here you are spending time helping little ol' me put my apartment together. You're so sweet!" she exclaims, giving you a massive kiss that covers your entire upper body.
"It's been a pretty wild experience, but I really need to get that back. Can you put me down so I can grab it and we can keep hanging out when I'm back to normal?" you ask. You don't have any reason to think she won't respond positively.
But then you notice a new gleam in Katie's eye that wasn't there before.
"Why the rush Tony? That stone isn't going anywhere, we know exactly where it is. You can zip back and grab it at any time. But it's not every day I get to hang out with a 3 inch cutie like you," she says, her grip on you tightening just slightly enough for you to notice. You squirm a bit.
"And I saw your reaction when you peaked up my skirt. I felt that little poke when you were in my cleavage. I know you must be dying to see just what this ass and these tits are like from your new perspective too, aren't you Tony?" she asks flirtatiously.
Katie isn't lying. All you've dared to do so far with the stone could be easily dismissed as a peeping tom. But things should be a little safer with an old friend like Katie. Right?
You agree with Katie's perspective and decide to delay the return of the stone. Your friend smiles broadly at your reaction and you see the glimmer in her eye grow even sharper. As you feel her grip on you tighten even more, you start to wonder if you made the wrong decision. Before Mexico, it had been quite a while since you had seen each other. You hoped she wouldn't push things too far....
