I'm the big dog himself

Just as you finish playing fetch with your owner, you go to the nearby lake to get something to drink. After your drink, your look over yourself in the waters reflection. You see a studly brown dog looking back at you. Big, thick muscles covered by an flawless brown coat. Strong legs with huge paws. Thick, heavy sheath with equally impressive balls that would put any dog to shame. You are canine perfection.... Hours later you are back home resting on the couch with your owner, he's scratching your head, when he remembers something, and gets up and goes to the kitchen. He comes back holding a green vitamin looking tablet. He said "This will keep you big and strong." Your owner holds out the tablet and your happily swallow it down. You lay down and slowly drift off the sleep. The next morning you wake up and something seams off.
