With his options limited, Scott decided his only course of action was to climb out. But first things first. Opening the trunk of the car, he removed what he felt he would need and what he could readily carry. Unpacking his back pack he loaded it up with his first aid kit and road flares. He had a few bottles of water and some granola bars. Not much but it would do for now. He looked up, deciding that the best way to get up to the top would be to climb the teddy bear as it was the only thing that was really sticking out of the box. Course climbing down the other side was a different story but he'd deal with that later.
"Okay, I can do this."
He started his Assent. Not as easy has he had planned. Though the material was fuzzy and easy to get a hold of, there were points in the climb were it had become too steep to climb and had to take a different route. All the while his thoughts were one the woman he just saw. How big was she? Hundreds of feet tall for sure. He was right there and she hadn't even seen him. What's worst, if she was that big how big was the child whose teddy he was climbing? He really didn't want to meet up with him or her. Children usually become very scared when it comes to tiny living things and they tend to stomp first and ask questions later. His best bet was to find the woman again, she wouldn't be hard to find.
A vibration shook him out of his train of thought. Followed by another, stronger than the last. And another, and another, each growing stronger than the last. He heard someone enter the room and head for the toy box, he'd hoped to see the woman again. Instead a Not so little Girl came into view. There was enough of a resemblance to know this was the woman's daughter. Without hesitation she reached in and picked up the bear.
