Alright, this ghost is a red-headed sexy femme fatale. When she first appeared, she posed as a human put everyone's moods in the dump because she could feed off of it and stay young.
So that has a possibility for a plotline. She puts the guys into a depressed slump, but convinces the girls to go after Danny and dominate him.
Another potential plotline is when she next appeared. It was the one that took place in an abandoned hospital and all the teens temporarily gained ghost powers that were slowly killing them while Spectra was making her new body from those powers.
That can be modified to one where the girls gain powers that don't harm them, but makes them either Spectra's slaves or merely have them agree with Spectra that Danny needs to be dominated.
