You wake up after a few minor changes

As miles slept after the injection dreams of the night that started this whole thing started flooding back.
He remembered walking home from class when he heard shouting. The sounds of two men arguing over something in the parking lot. He went to investigate which is where he saw it. There were two men in suits one holding tightly onto his briefcase. He recognized him, it was Professor Donaldson, his science and physics teacher. He didn't recognize the other man. Only that he wore a dark suit and coat. He looked like some kind of agent with very finely tuned professional looks.
Miles heard them arguing over what seemed like the professors briefcase, the dark suited man wanted it but the professor seemed to refuse. They continued to argue for a few minutes, over what miles couldn't tell. Just when things seemed to be calming down the dark suited man turned to walk away. However as soon as he had turned from the professor he reached into his coat and pulled out a silenced pistol and shot him point black in the head.....
the professor fell down dead before he touched the floor as Miles stood in shock covering his mouth to prevent a scream. He quickly reaches for his cell and dialed 911. He watched the dark suited man pick up the professors briefcase when all of a sudden he paused. Something had caught his eye and that's when his head turned and looked straight at miles....
There was a brief pause as the 911 operater asked Miles why he was calling. However miles was frozen in fear. For almost a minute there was nothing from either person as they each debated in what to do. When the dark suited man began walking toward Miles gun and briefcase in hand Miles tried to run but his legs were frozen in fear. He thought this was it for him when all of a sudden sirens came in heading towards their direction.
Luckily his 911 call had alerted the campus police who were headed straight for them. The dark suited man looked around before holstering his gun but not before using his fingers to point towards his eyes then to miles as if to say...."I will remember you and finish this later." Before dissapearing into shadows.
The dream suddenly ended as Miles woke up sweating as he looked around not recognizing where he was. It looked like some kind of white room...as he wiped the sweat off his brow his eyes widened. There was something wrong with his hand. His nails were longer and there was long hair framing his face....
