Chapter #4

Comet Woes

    by: Unknown
You freeze because the monster that walked into the lobby was none other than Comet Bovine, a 700ft tall muscle-gutted Holstein minotaur woman with long brown hair in a bun and an udder as big as her head. She was wearing a purple snow jacket and pants with a cowgirl's hat as she usually does and as usual she had an angry look on her face.

Comet was the niece of Mesa, the minotaur chef from the beach back at your summer job. Mesa told you that Comet had been dating a human boy for five years and she adored him. But one day, she caught her boyfriend cheating on him with a salamander girl from Horrorville. Comet was so upset with what happened that she developed an outright hatred of humans to the point where she'd smash or eat them on sight.

As Comet walks in, she lets out a snort and prompts you to hide behind some firewood by the fireplace. Is Mesa was to be believed, Comet's boyfriend looked a lot like you, which is why, whenever Comet saw you, she would be filled with great rage and try to kill you on sight. That heifer was downright horrible. From the looks of it, Comet had come back from skiing and laud her skis on the coffee table as she took a seat and took off her hat before letting her hair down. You watch her carefully to make sure she doesn't see you. You once saw Comet stomp a human on the beach into the ground and then crush another one into a bloody smear between her butt cheeks.

The fact was that Comet just plain scared you. The only human safe from her wrath was Vernon and even then Comet told Azure that Vernon was going to betray her one day. While Comet reached into her coat to take out and eat a candy bar, she spotted Sora walking past her and gave her an angry glint, prompting the wyvern to stop in her tracks. "Get." Muttered Comet. "Excuse me?" asks Sora. "Get," says Comet. "I don't like your kind around here." Sora lets out a slight growl. "Can't say I like you much either, stupid cow." The reason Comet was nasty towards Sora was because Sora was a wyvern, a type of dragon. The monster who stole her boyfriend was a salamander, another type of dragon. Because of that, any monster in the dragon family was automatically an enemy of hers.

After Sora walked away, Comet took a few bites of her chocolate before...
