Sumo dad Reality Change

"I wish for my dad to go from a buff gym teacher to a sumo wrestler." you say doubting the man.
"I see you want to see if I can reality. Be warned though that whenever one thing in reality is changed other things might be altered as an after effect."
"Whatever." you say.
The man then snaps his fingers and before your eyes you see a blinding light. Your still on the beach but something's different. Seeing as the beach hasn't opened yet to the public you can't put a finger on it and somehow you feel heavier for an unexplained reason and shrug it off as a dream. You then spot a rather obese man lifting heavy weights just like your father does every morning. The man then stops to greet you.
"How's my boy doing? Ready for some fun in the sun (name)?"
You then feel a surge of altered memories flood your mind. You remember that your father was recruited as a sumo after grad school. You also remember that everyone in the world was sumo sized with the average weight for your age being 400 lbs. It also hits you that most buff people have large amounts of muscle surrounded by fat. You then see the same man from before except a lot fatter waving from a distance. You then tell your dad that your financial adviser Mr. Grant wants to talk to you more about "investing". Your father then comments that the Grant family has been helping the family the year and that each new generation looks exacting like their father before them.
"I see that you got a taste for reality change. When someone wants to change reality they must cross into a different universe where that reality change is possible. So what would you like to do Mr. (Name)?"
