"What would happen if you healed my finger without pressing it against my hand?" She wonders.

"I'm not sure. Do you want to find out?" You ask her.

"I don't see why not." She replies.

"It's going to hurt again, you know." You warn her.

"I'll be fine. I'll try not to scream so much this time." She says.

Your girlfriend then places her hand on the table again as you ready the knife. Like last time, you take a big swing and the knife sever's your girlfriend's finger once again. You first pick up her finger and kiss it. You both watch as skin grows over the wound and stops the bleeding. You then turn to your girlfriend. She leans in this time and kisses you. You examine her hand and watch as...
