Okay, so which of the lovely ladies of the Buffyverse will be finding themselves taking a walk on the curvy side.

The obvious starting point would be Buffy herself, she's woken up to find her life changed before, is an exaggerated hourglass figure really harder to deal with than the power of the slayer?

After her would be Willow Rosenberg, only female character to remain in the main cast for the entire series, save Buffy, and one of the most changed, from a mousy hacker, to a lesbian witch. Of all characters, she should probably have additional chapters for when she wakes up with curves, season 1 Willow would not react the same as season 7 Willow, if you picked season 3/4 it might not be someone else's fault, it could be her own magic gone wild.
