Jessie smirked and decided to just outright defeat them all. Tanking all of their attacks would be pointless.... Might as well get this wrapped up right away, right?
The overly muscular woman bent down and dug her fingers into the edge of the stadium and tensed.
"Hope you twerps are ready for this! HRNNNNGGGHHH!!!"
Every single muscle on her body seemed to explode with size and power. However, the rocket trainers and pokemon only got a glimpse of it, as seconds after that the entire ground was ripped up in front of them, pokemon and trainers alike sent flying in all directions, all knocked out.
Jessie cackled once more, and flexed her pectorals in celebration, her breasts blocking her view given how gargantuan and perky they were once she flexed. "Looks like it was super effective! But I'm just getting started!"
Giovanni swore as he watched the scene unfold. "How did this happen?! How is she so damn strong!?"
The leader was interrupted from his thoughts as the buzzer rang in, signalling a report from the scientists.
"Petrel, what is it?! This better be important.....!"
"Sorry to bother you sir, but we have been studying the woman for quite some time now, and have been coming up with a way on stopping her. However, things are looking pretty bleak. We found out the source of all her power, and we measured it too."
Giovanni rubbed his chin and sat back down, staring intently at the purple haired man's face. "...... Go on....."
"Well, you see...... those rare candies she has. Whenever a pokemon eats them, they level up in a way. Essentially, a pokemon can become a certain rank, or level. Level 1 is the weakest, and level 100 is the strongest. When they level up, they become stronger physically, as well as whatever special powers they had."
Giovanni pondered this and nodded. "I see.... So you're saying that Jessie here has been leveling up her body using these rare candies?"
"Exactly sir. That's basically it. And when she hits level 100, she should be at her max."
"Excellent then! All we have to do is wait for her to get to level 100, then we stop her, right?"
"Erhm..... If only that were the case sir." Petrel rubbed the back of his neck and looked down, almost in a defeated way. "You see.... We measured her level a few minutes ago, and....."
".....And what......"
Petrel looked up with a grave look on his face. "She's only level 34 at the moment sir."
Giovanni's eyes widened in horror. "What?! Only a third of her maxed out strength? But she's gigantic! How is that possible?!"
Petrel shrugged and scratched the back of his head. "I dunno, but we have a plan.... Hopefully it'll work, but if it does, I don't know what will happen to Team Rocket.... I need your go for the plan."
Petrel spoke in a hushed tone as he explained it to him. Giovanni's eyes widened at the explanation.
"Well then...... Guess I'll have to decide whether we'll use our secret weapon or not........"
