Not found of these two but the idea was in my head

Shining woke up suddenly feeling strange. The blanket over him seemed much thicker and his head didn't reach the pillow. He instinctively rolled over, only to see his wife at a gigantic size, sleeping as though nothing was out of the ordinary.

“AHHHH!”

Cadance was roused, slowly lifting her sleeping head.

“Huh? Shiny? “What happened to you?”

Shining stood up straight, his fur bristling.

“Me? You’re the one who’s huge!”

Cadance giggled.

“What’s so funny?!”

“Shiny look around, everything else is the same size which means…”

Shining did so, his eyes widening.

“I shrunk.. but how?”

Cadance frowned.

“I don’t know…”

“Do you know any spells for fixing this?”

“Sorry but I don’t.”

He stamped a hoof on the matress.

“I can’t go around like this!”

She gently scooped him up.

“You look fine to me.”

He looked down at himself. His lip curled.

“I’m so small and… puny”

Cadance forced a smile.

“I prefer the term compact.”

Shining gestured to himself.

“But look at me! I can’t do anything like this!”

“I’ll try to find a way to fix this.. maybe one of my aunties can figure something out

“How am I supposed to protect you like this?”

She smiled warmly.

“I don’t need protecting all the time, just relax and let some other pony look after this.”

Shining lowered his head, unable to think of anything else to say.
