Jules didn’t know what to expect from this scenario, that she’d be spotted by Justin and he’ll help her find a way to get her back to normal size? Maybe she was just trying to make herself feel better before the inevitable happened? It seemed that way when she felt herself entering his mouth slowly.
While she was thankful that she wouldn’t end up underneath his molars, which she saw soaring overhead, her odds of surviving the next few seconds weren’t looking too good. She especially didn’t like the tunnel up ahead that led to Justin’s stomach, the point where it became clear she’ll never make it out alive upon entry. But what can she do, she was barely able to be seen like this.
To Justin, she was just another piece of food. So just before the teeth lowered down to her platform, she closed her eyes and braced herself for the chaos that followed.
Justin sunk his teeth into his slice with glee. Immediately he started to chew it with like he was a wild animal but kept his mouth closed to maintain politeness. It was too obvious that he considered this food the most amazing thing he’d ever had, but it was nothing close to his Mom’s tortellini recipe.
He didn’t know how dangerous he was making it for Jules. Inside she had been freed from being stuck to the platform she was on, but it meant she was easily flung around inside with the risk of getting chomped increasing every few seconds. Her screams never made it out of his mouth and she had a hard time seeing in the dark.
She was able to recognize the tongue when she fell right on top of it. She felt the wet tastebuds underneath her hands, smooth and round but with chunks of meant on top of some of them, even with saliva that dropped and hit her on her back, making her freeze up. “Gross, gross, gross!”
The tongue moved and she was hit with a slightly large piece of pepperoni that pinned her in place but not for long before she felt herself flying up to the ceiling. She wasn’t sure if she was crying but she it was obvious she wasn’t looking forward to what’s next.
It started when she fell on the tongue again, several chunks landed close by to her when it began lighting upwards until it was like a slide she’d see in the park. She was sliding downward, straight for the hole leading downward to the fleshy tunnel.
“No! No no no!” She could do nothing but brace herself when she and some smaller pieces entered the esophagus of her cousin. She didn’t want to watch where she landed, so she closed her eyes and wrapped her arms around herself while she plummeted downward until she landed with a mighty splash in something deep and massive.
She kept her eyes shut and tried to swim upward to the surface, worrying a bit that something will land on top of her and force her down. She made it and opened her eyes but barely. It was still dark but she knew where she was; Justin’s stomach.
She really didn’t want this to be real, but she couldn’t deny the reality of her situation. She was stuck in his stomach and there might not be any way out of here for her. She might be here forever or a short while if the acids got to her. Strangely she didn’t feel her skin hurting. Why was that? Unfortunately she didn’t have time to think when a chunk of pizza landed close by, causing a small wave that sent her back down below the surface.
Justin just finished taking another bite of his pizza, almost reaching the crust. He couldn’t believe it. He knew Jules would’ve just eaten the last slice but strangely she didn’t. Maybe she just wanted him to have it because she was kind to him. Or she really was in the bathroom and didn’t have time for it.
He didn’t know but wasn’t looking for answers at the moment.. He gulped again and sat in front of the TV to wait for her.
