You and Hecate come across your girlfriend Mazee. Desperate to change the subject from Hecate's murderous sister, you call out to her. "Mazee! Over here!" The giant wererat sees you and smiles. "Hey sweety." she says as she walks over to the two of you. She regards Hecate with a friendly smile. "Who is this?"
"This is Hecate. She's one of the new interns." you tell Mazee. You then look up at Hecate from your spot on her shoulder. "This is Mazee. She's one of the reporters on staff here." Mazee leans in and gives you a stare. "Aaand?" she says. "And she's my darling girlfriend who I love more than anything." you add. "Thats my guy." Mazee says and gives you a quick peck. You have to wipe a little saliva off of your face.
"So you're a human dating a wererat?" Hecate says. "Um, yeah." you say, hoping she doesn't have a problem with it. For some reason some others do. "Thats cool." Hecate says. "Love is love." She seems pretty casual. "Yeah, you never know what'll happen in life." you say. "Right now I'm talking to a werewolf, but I'm not being eaten." You laugh at your little joke, then seriously ask. "Do you eat humans?" Hecate glances at you. "Of course I do I'm a werewolf." At this you become nervous and look to Mazee for protection, but Hecate tries to calm you."Relax, I won't eat you. Its been ages since the last time i ate a human. I just realized that there are better things to eat you know? And I won't eat my friends, so you're safe." Seems like you'll be okay around her. She seems pretty laid back and you believe her when she says she won't eat you. What next?
