The brown pill becoming a hippogriff.

His species. He wondered what would happen if he mixed two different species pill together. Would they produce a hybrid or would the new pill override the old one making him a full horse instead. There was only one way to find out besides if anything when wrong you could take the white pill to undo any changes.

You grab one of the brown pills, throw it into the air and snatch it out of the air with a single gulp. You feel your rear legs change. Your rear talons condense and fuse into hooves. Your tail, rear end, cock, balls and even your tail become horse like. You were so amazed with the results. Maybe he should take the white pill and meet her as a human being but she always said she wanted a magical night.
