He accidentally presses the button again.

Brandon pulled the amulet out of his pocket and stared at it for a moment, looking confused. He could have sworn he'd heard the sound of the button being pressed. He shrugged and shoved it back into his pants pocket.
He looked around one last time to survey his work. Kyle and Mary were still playing with each others bellies and happily discussing their shared pregnancy. He found it interesting that they barely took notice that they were suddenly pregnant when they hadn't been even ten minutes ago.
He also watched Alicia's retreating backside as she bounded up the stairs. Brandon couldn't help but smile as he noticed the more sway her hips had now that she was motherly and expecting.
Then finally he looked down at himself. He'd never thought of using the amulet on himself, he wondered if he could even make that change. He didn't want to give up the baby that was already growing inside of him. He cradled his belly and rubbed it a bit.
He followed Alicia up the stairs "Giving you a head start isn't fair if we're both pregnant!" Little did he realize that he'd just used the amulet on himself. Brandon had also not been pregnant ten minutes ago, but now he sported a large belly, just like Alicia.
