As you see the undressed girls you get distracted and slip on a wet tile. You manage to catch your balance before falling, but instinctive hand motions cause the wheel to fall out of your hands and hit the ground. Nobody seems to notice so you look back at the girl. A t-shirt lays over her flat chest and she finishes pulling up her swimsuit bottom. Seems nothing is changed. You pick up the wheel, brush off a bit of water on the back, and lean against a wall. The cold outdoor wall hits your bare back, as you realize you're not wearing a shirt or a swimsuit top or anything. Your new c-cup breasts, although you wouldn't consider them "new" given the circumstances, are completely exposed.
