You sighed, seeing Mat crumble to the floor, unconscious. "Poor kid." wincing, you thought. "Its bad enough he fears girls; being changed into one must have been too much for him."
You knelled down, taking Mat into your arms then carried him, or rather, her to her bedroom. There, you were in for another shock, her room had already been somehow redecorated to suit a little girl. All of his belongings were gone, replaced with items you had at her age. "When a mad scientist pulls a prank, he goes all out." disturbed, you thought. "Mat is going to completely freak when she wakes up."
Worried, you gently placed Mat onto her new white canopy bed with princess sheets then quietly left the room, better understanding how hard it was going to be not to take any sides in this war of pranks. As you walked back towards your room, you saw James walking your way. "Hey, sis." calmly, he said. "Is Mattie feeling any better or is she still under the weather?"
"What!?" confused, you asked. then you remembered seeing her room redecorated and guessed James had somehow changed everything. "She's not feeling like herself." honestly, you replied. "I have a feeling she is going to be grumpy when she wakes up."
"Her senses and instincts are strong." quietly, James muttered. "Interesting..."
"What was that?" not catching James' comment, you asked.
"I said Mattie is strong, don't worry about a thing." smiling, James said.
"I guess." wincing, you said. "I think I should be with her when she wakes up."
"Do as you wish." shrugging, James said. "I'm going to talk to Tex for a while."
With that, he walked away towards Tex's bedroom. Once he was gone, you turned to Mattie's bedroom. "This test is not going to be easy." frowning, you muttered. "If James pisses off his brothers, the pranks will turn ugly fast."
