Naruto decided to start with Anko. So, after getting dressed, he found her alone at the training fields.
"Hey, Anko!" Naruto shouted. This got the snake user's attention. "I got a new jutsu that lets me hypnotize people. Wanna see it?"
"Sure thing," Anko said, seriously doubting Naruto could pull it off.
Naruto went through the handsigns, and performed the jutsu. Anko's eyes glazed over.
"Can you hear me?"
"Yes, Naruto-sama, I hear and obey," Anko said.
Just to make sure she wasn't joking, Naruto had her act like a chicken and drink the stream water, which she did. Naruto was so happy it worked. Now, what to do with her next?
option 1: reverse her personality and turn her into a ultra-shy, ultra-nervous girl, believing anything he says
option 2: he puts a command in her that when she awakens, she'll do anything he tells her to, but will believe she did it because she wanted to and not because he told her too, thinking it was a flop
option 3: he releases her, but her body from the neck down will only do what he commands
