You & Mikki think over the answer to that question for a few minutes, pondering what in the world you should do next. It's not like people's heads go missing all of the time, let alone leaving behind a living, breathing body. After a few minutes Mikki is the first one to speak up.
"What if you take me to where you found Rebecca so we can investigate?" She suggests.
"I had a look around before I brought her here. Her head wasn't there." You tell her.
"Maybe not, but even if we can't find her head we might still be able to find some clues on where to look next, or who took her & why." Mikki backs up.
You think about Mikki's suggesting for a moment. You agree that it might be a good idea to look around. You then turn and look at Rebecca's body, which is sitting on the couch next to Mikki.
"Alright, but it might be a good idea to leave Rebecca's body here. She'll be safer indoors, plus she would only slow us down if we took her with us." You tell Mikki. She nods in agreement.
"Okay. I'll lead her to my bedroom so that she can rest while we're gone."
5 minutes later, you & Mikki leave and head back towards the field. The two of you stop at the entrance when you finally arrive.
"Okay, so where should we start?" You ask Mikki.
"It's probably best if we start at the spot where you found her. We can work our way outwards from there." Mikki instructs. You agree, then lead Mikki to the spot where Rebecca's body was laying.
The patch of grass was still flat from the weight of Rebecca's body on top of it. You also notice some tracks leading up to the spot, which you quickly identify as your own from earlier. From there, the two of you searched outward, occasionally splitting up to cover more ground at once. After the first 30 minutes the two of you stop to discuss what you've found...
