As you admire yourself in the mirror, you slowly notice your hips are swaying side to side more than usual, and you can't seem to stop them. In fact, you notice that your legs are joining in on the action, with the entire lower half of your body swaying in a more and more exaggerated manner, with you unable to stop them.
Then, almost as fast as they'd started, they stopped, and for a moment you seemed to regain control of your lower half.
