The spirit has entered a different part of John's body. Which part?

Does it take residence in his biceps, where it can grow or flex his biceps any time it wants to? The more the spirit inflates his biceps, the stronger it makes John!

Or, does the spirit live in John's throat, where it makes the boy's voice higher or lower (deeper) which makes him sound much younger (when higher) or much older (when lower)?
