Nate had sadly looked at the cute little girl making a sandcastle for a second too long. As the fog of his mind cleared Nate saw some thin blonde hair in his view of the sand castle. A plastic shovel in his hand was aiding the creation of the sand castle, but Nate not expecting to be in this body jerked his hand at a delicate time and the Sand Castle's top came completely off. Looking around there were a bunch of other little girls and boys making sand castles, but they seemed to not notice Nate acting a little differently. Nate looked at himself and... yeah the more accurate pronoun was herself. Her long blonde hair went to her shoulder, and her small 8 year old body was wearing a bright red one piece swimsuit. Outside of the plastic shovel she also had a plastic bucket by her side.
Nate groaned as the 30 year old man didn't think he'd be spending it as an 8 year old girl. Well as the 8 year old girl she could still make sand castles, or play in the water, or whatever else little kids did at the beach still. Maybe she could try interacting with NPC's?... actually in terms of world building did they end up giving some random NPC child a family? She looked into the crowd but didn't notice any adults looking in her direction. Nate the programmer could imagine they could cheat and when you entered an NPC body they'd be given a pre-generated history. Heck Nate the programmer was curious if in this beta they managed to leave the developer console unlocked... The questions for that would be whether it was unlocked or not and how would one access a dev console in a VR world?
