Nate soon felt himself take on an actual body. Nate blinked his new eyes for the first time and smiled as he felt the wind blowing threw his long black hair. "This is so cool!" Nate yelled! It was then he realized that what he just used wasn't a manly heroic voice, but a sweet soprano of a woman. And Nate also realized in this instant that he wasn't flying in to save the day. He was falling, from a very great height. "Oh FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" Nate screamed out as he plummeted towards the very real looking street bellow him. Nate was trying to think about what would happen if he died in this fantasy world and realized in a scary moment that he had no idea. As Nate fell farther and farther Nate instinctual shouted out, "HELP!"
Suddenly out of nowhere, a blur came out of nowhere and hit Nate like a train. Nate closed his eyes as he thought for a second that he had just died, but when he opened his eyes he saw not his body smashed all over the virtual concrete, but he was practically floating down, and he wasn't alone. Nate looked up and saw that he was in the arms of a very large and muscular man with an almost cartoonishly chiseled face. "Sorry I'm late," the handsome flying savior said, "I had to catch the evil meta humans and lock them up in jail before I could save you. I hope you don't mind."
At this moment Nate didn't really care and just said, "Oh thank you thank you thank you so much! I thought I was a dead meat."
"No need to thank me girl report Lucy Lang. Now if you don't mind, I must go, but need not fear for your colleague and date for the evening Kent Clark should be walking out of that phone booth over there any second now." The hero turned Nate so that he was facing an empty phone booth.
"What the heck are you talking about?" Nate said turning back to his savior, but the superhero was not there, confused Nate turned back to the phone booth and saw a man who looked remarkably like the hero who had just saved him, only wearing a suit instead of spandex and had a pair of glasses on. "Are you serious?" Nate said nobody in particular. Kent walked up to Nate and said, "I saw the whole thing Lucy! Ultraman came out of nowhere and saved you! Such good timing. Well enough on that, we've got to hurry or we're going to be late to the Biweekly Global newpaper's gala. Let's go."
Nate just stood incredulously looking at the obviously disguised hero. "Seriously."
