The humanoid spider upheld this contemplating, bemused expression whilst conducting her ticklish ministrations. It was as if she wasn't too thrilled or satisfied by the events that were transpiring, or you could say that it didn't tickle her fancy. While her talented hands were scurrying away merrily on Rebecca's lean stomach, she wasn't eliciting any joy out of it - something was missing from this. Granted, Spiderlady had trapped the forlorn damsel in her web, but she couldn't help but feel cheap and uneventful.
She had to spice things up, make it even; bring the young girl's hopes up and crush it relentlessly. Then, perhaps her contentment would be met and her actions would gain some merit. Yes, it was brilliant. Her fingers retracted from Rebecca's exposed belly, allowing the girl some space to breathe and recover for what was to come. Said person was already gaunt and her shoulders slumped.
"That was lovely, wasn't it?" the cruel devil gloated mischievously. "But how about we step it up a notch? It wouldn't be any fun if I just tickled you in this manner while you are helpless. I recommend we play a game."
Rebecca was going through the biggest migraine of her life. By some means, the teenager was transported into this unknown realm of nature, she clumsily fell in a hell by taking her first step within this forest, she met this creepy, perverted spider that tickled her breathless and now the mutant wanted to play a game with her? It was clear that the aforementioned spider was only toying with her; she could just imprison and enthrall her here forever without her say-so. Oh, for Christ's sake, how she despairingly wished for refuge inside her comfy little bed and forget all of this happened. She would even settle for her parents' chores, away from this ticklish situation.
Nevertheless, the brunette decided to humor the beast. "What game?" Hopefully one that allowed her to escape, she added mentally.
"I'm glad you asked, my dear prisoner," Spiderlady replied with too much enthusiasm for Rebecca's liking. "Let's keep it simple for now. We'll be playing a game of tag. I'll be it, as you humans say. You can imagine that my home is very large in size, perfect for leeway and possibilities in means of hiding." She gestured at an open crevice, to the west. "Once you head toward that tunnel, you'll find three possible routes. Each will lead to a different course where you may or may not find an exit. Keep in mind, however, that if I find you, I get to keep you here forever. That means an eternity of tickling." Her wicked, Cheshire grin nearly made Rebecca jump out of her skin.
The smart teenager's heart started racing. This could be her big break to return to the world she knew and loved. Then again, there were three paths to take, so she had a one in a third chance to abscond. Furthermore, it could also be a ruse and all three led to a dead end. One common aspect shared by horror movie monsters was that they were all unpredictable. This made her head spin like a Ferris wheel.
The mutant pulled Rebecca to her feet like it was naught, though it could also be due to Rebecca's credibly light weight. The first thing the whippersnapper did was pull her shirt down in slight embarrassment, tucking in her molested midsection. Spiderlady's smile never left her distorted face. "Now, I'll be counting to ten while you run along. We're going to have a lot of fun together. Who knows? You might stumble into a few...surprises along the way. I won't be going easy on you."
While Rebecca's brain tried to decipher the creature's troubling words, the count had already begun. The brunette sprinted toward the west branch of the underground lair. It was a race to liberty - one that she couldn't afford to lose. Sure enough, the spider's words came to light. The teen managed to reach the intersection.
The question remained, however. Which path would she take?
