Underwater Relative

"I" "am" "actually" "visiting" "a relative" "of mine" "underwater." Says all four of Laura's heads in location. "It is." "Precisely why." "I moved to." "Terrordale in. "the" "first place." "she lives in." "An underwater." "Cave."
Huh. You didn't even know that hydras were aquatic monsters. If so, why would Laura need a wetsuit and scuba gear. It didn't really make much... Wait a minute, Laura is a hydra! All hydras (including the original hydra) are descended from Echidna. This might not be a hydra if it was a descendent of the mother of all monsters.
"Uh, sure, I'd like to accompany you." Laura picks you up and starts walking towards the water. While it was against your better judgement, you were really curious as to what kind of monster Laura's relative was. Laura placed you on top of her third head before she tossed you up a miniature diving suit of your own. You quickly put your suit on as the giant hydra slowly descends in the water and lowers all four of her heads. The four headed dragoness dives down and swims past an enormous coral reef that from the looks of it, could easily pass for a human city if it wasn't completely submerged under the water.
Laura continues to swim and you pass several unusual looking fish including one fish that looked like it had an axe handle shaped fin, a shark with the head and skin of a crocodile and even a fish that looked like a dilapidated monkey with six legs. The fauna of the monster world was extremely mysterious but under water there were creatures that could barely be identified as any kind of animal. You hide between Laura's hair and shiver. You thought you saw a few mermaids and given that the mermaid you knew thought of you only as food, you were cautious.
It isn't long before Laura comes to an underwater cave. As she surfaces you see that the interior isn't all water and has breathable air. There are glowing bubbles in the walls as decorations and the entire cave was decorated with rainbow color. As Laura surfaced you saw a shadow. Presumably her relative.
Then the figure walks out and you see that this relative was in fact..."
