Moxie decided that the best way to avoid getting shit on by the Bombadeers while still using the high ground to traverse the city quicker was to keep something over her head, so she decided to leap around the lower parts of the building. It was a little more crowded, sure, but it meant that she could have some cover from those nutso turd birds. Moxie broke into a sprint and started jumping from balcony to fire escape to awning and back again, keeping herself above the thugs on the ground but below the attacks of the Bombadeers. Sure enough, just when she started running, the Bombadeers screeched out above her and started trying to peg her.
Thankfully, with her overhead cover, Moxie didn't have to worry about their attacks. Not a one even came close to her. Heck, Moxie was feeling so good that she turned around and stuck her tongue out to mock them, blowing a raspberry (while simultaneously letting out a sloppy fart while she ran). This, however, proved to be a mistake.
Moxie didn't realize that she was running right into a grizzly grandma who was stepping onto her balcony to dry her clothing. She slammed right into the old lady, knocking granny off the balcony into a dumpster below and blinding Moxie with a handful of soggy, poorly washed clothing. By the time she threw the last pair of skidmarked bloomers off her face, it was too late: She had ran right to the edge of the buildings and towards open traffic! The Bombadeers knew she was heading for doom and had showed up to laugh at her.
Moxie had to think, she needed to jump to something, because her momentum was too much and she was about to fly right off into traffic!
