You didn't really care about the experiment but it was a good way to meet your favourite character, Sonic the hedgehog. So you decided to have Sonic run the experiment on you.
"Well I would like Sonic to do the experiment on me if you don't mind" You answered nervously.
"No problem little guy, infact Sonic might be the best choice for the experiment" Tails replied. He went over to another table which seemed to be miles away to you. For Tails however it were merly six steps. The young fox grabbed a phone and probably intended to call over Sonic. The excitement began to rise in your body, you would finally be able to meet your idol in flesh and blood. Now thinking about it you started to wonder why Sonic would be the best choice to do the experiment on you. Maybe it was a quiz to figure out if you truly are the biggest Sonic fan. But then again why would they bother with that at all? Your mind was flooded with thought and you were only able to break out of it as soon as Tails started to talk on the phone.
"Hey Sonic remember that experiment I was talking about all week? Our little friend choose you. So would you like to do..." before Tails could finish his sentence Sonic popped up behind him in a blink of an eye.
"Sure thing Tails, you knew I was excited for this too"
You couldn't believe it, your idol was so close yet so far for you to meet.
"So Tails where are you hiding him?" Sonic asked while tapping his foot on the ground impatiently.
"Right on that table over there. And do be careful Sonic, remember what happened to the last one" Tails replied in a hurry.
"Chill Tails, won't happen again."
You got nervous as you heard their conversation. "What were they talking about? Did they do this before with somebody else? And more importantly what happened to him?" You thought to yourself as the gigantic hedgehog approached you with footsteps that you were able to feel from your very spot. As Sonic came closer the sound of the steps increased greatly and started to scare you. Sonic had a big grin on his face which you weren't able to categorize as a good or a bad thing. But one thing was sure, he was glad to be here. It was hard to say the same thing about you. Sonic took one final step sending your entire body into the air with a loud thoom.
Sonic stood right infront of you and watched you carefully as you tried to stand up straight which wasn't an easy thing to do while the giant hedgehog stared at you with a joyful yet intimidating look. Especially because of his size. He could probably crush your entire body with the tip of his finger if he really wanted to.
"There you're little fella, I gotta say you sure look pretty excited yourself. Ready for the experiment?" Sonic boomed at you in a playful tone. He completely paralized you with his voice. Slowly opening your mouth you tried to reply to the giant but ended up stuttering in fear and excitement. "H-he-hello I-I a-am y-y-yo-your b-b-big-biggest f-fan". You were a bit embarrassed about your nervous behaviour toward Sonic.
"Is that so? Cause you actually look like the smallest fan to me" Sonic chuckled causing you to join into his laughing a bit.
"Just kidding little guy. I bet you're. But I'm just here for the experiment so you might wanna save your questions for later, alright?" He explained in a serious tone. After nodding your head he grabbed you with his titanic fingers and brought you closer to his face.
"No need to be scared, I'm pretty sure you will love this" he stated.
