Natural born ability

So Quinn is able to change size technically at will, not exceeding her original height or shrinking smaller than inch tall, but what to do with that?

1: Quinn has always been able to do it, as such having excellent control and more recently uses her power to spy (and perv) on people, mostly Rachel Berry [I'm a Faberry fan, so sue me]

2: Quinn's power (ala X-men style) activates in her teen years, more specifically during the years of high school Glee is set, being rather difficult for her to control when it happens, what size she becomes and returning herself to normal. Also either because of her inexperience or it being impossible for most materials her clothes don't shrink with her.

3: Other, basically anything not said already, up to whoever takes the slot (please give some kind of tell in the chapter title)
