So Blake will become a giantess via some experiment?

However, what kind of circumstance does this happen?

Was it a pure accident?

Was it possible Blake, for whatever reason, volunteered herself?

Was it something Blake herself was experimenting on? (Depends if either it was a growth experiment or she was originally trying to do some other experiment, that instead resulted in her growing taller.)

Or morbidly, was she an unwilling "test subject" and forcibly experimented on?

Any of these would result in her growing giant. Now choose.
