His own name

With Chad's massive ego, his name was pretty much known in the entire school and out. Whether it was good or bad, it didn't really matter to Chad, so long as people knew who he was. The curse now makes Chad grow whenever he hears his name. Actually, any word that has a distinct 'Chad' in it could cause him to grow. That means nicknames will have the same affect as long as 'Chad' is in that name. He'll eventually shrink down in time if he doesn't hear 'Chad' until he is back to his normal height.
