The Morning After

    by: Unknown
David's POV

When I woke up there was a blissful 30 seconds where I had forgotten what had been decided the night before. But as the shocking memory of dinner returned, a cold sickness began to fill my stomach. It sounded insane, but if this scientist friend of Dad's was right, in just a week my carefree teenage life would be over and I would become my own mother. I squeezed my eyes-shut against the tears and prayed that it had been a dream.

Why couldn't it have been Cassie and Amelia?! They are both teenage girls! That would have been the fairest swap, although Cassie would have disagreed. If losing my manhood wasn't enough, I also lose 26 years of my life! I go from teenage boy to middle aged woman in a single procedure. No college, no backpacking across Europe, no career or finding myself a girl, just go straight to a 42 year old housewife! Wife! The guy who was currently my father would be my husband. How the f**k would I deal with that? I shuddered at the thought.

That was the worst part. Maybe I could deal with the body swap if I didn't have to take the life that came with it! Right now if another woman was to come along and offered to swap instead, even one as old as mom, I would take it in a heartbeat. Even if it meant being someone else's wife, at least I wouldn't be married to my father and maybe I would even have some kind of life. I mean, I love my Mom, but she wasn't exactly a great role model for ambition. She had no college degree, no qualifications of any kind and had never worked. She would probably tell you that being a homemaker was its own reward. I guess I would find out.

Elizabeth's POV

I lay in bed listening to Philip in the shower, basking in the afterglow of an orgasm. I planned to make the most of these. After next week it would be a while before I would have sex again and it would definitely not feel like this anymore. I can't believe my name came out! I would become my own teenage son! But what was perhaps the most unbelievable for me as a mother was the first feeling I felt when I saw my name... Joy.

At that recollection, a wave of guilt came over me. Poor David, no matter how we sugared the pill for him nothing would change the fact that his world was about to change drastically in ways he mostly would not enjoy. But no matter how terrible I felt, I could not bring myself to wish for a different outcome. Unless perhaps it was for Cassie, staying a girl might have been easier. The main thing was: I would be young again. I love my family and am proud of what I have achieved as a wife and mother, but I can't say I don't regret the choices I made. I should never have listened to my parents, who would not allow me to go to college or apply for a job. They believed that a woman's place was at home.

But now I had a second chance! I could go to college, maybe even go traveling! I had always wanted to see Europe or maybe even Asia, or Australia! Heck, I could go round the world! Thanks to one little piece of paper I had been given a new chance at life... and poor David's had been taken away. All my mistakes would become his. He would be stuck with the life I secretly found so bland. But at least he would have a good husband. I mean, it would be weird at first but surely he would get used to it? I had never felt so conflicted! I'd never wanted something so bad, yet I felt so terrible for taking it! One thing was certain, I couldn't wait until the week was over so I no longer had the option of worrying about it.

David's POV

"What do you want to do today?" Cassie asked as we ate our cereal.

"I dunno, maybe a movie," I replied, distracted, watching mom as she fixed Amelia and Melody some breakfast. She was so short without her high heels! I had never noticed that before. What was it going to be like have an ass like that? Not to mention those breasts, they looked so big on her! Were they heavy?

"Hey snap out of it!" Cassie hissed. "Remember, we're not thinking about next week, just enjoying this one."

"Sorry Cass," I smiled. Easy for her to say. But I suppose she was right, I needed to make the most of this. I can't believe how many times I had taken this carefree life for granted. "I'll let the guys know"

Amelia sat down next to us. "Hey Mom and me are going to the mall, you guys want to come along?"

"Hmmm, let me see? Movies or shopping with mom? Tricky decision there, Amelia!" Cassie replied sarcastically, making me laugh and snort milk into the bowl.

"I dunno why you are laughing so much David. We're going bra shopping. After next week, you're going to need to know all about that!" she said smugly, bringing me right back down.

"Amelia!" Cassie and Mom yelled at once. Amelia just smiled, picked up her bowl and walked to the lounge.

Mom came over. "Sorry about that, hun... although she does have a point... Maybe it would be educational?"

"No way, Mom! This is my last week as a teenager, let me at least have some fun!" I replied angrily.

"OK dear, I'm sorry," she shrugged and walked of with a strange look on her face... almost guilt.

You have the following choices:

1. Continue with the Week

2. Skip to the Procedure

3. Something Else Happens Before the Swap
