As you finally close your eyes to embrace the darkness of light, a sudden white light encompasses your view as you find yourself waking up. "Ughh..morning already?" you grumble as the brightness before your eyes slowly starts to fade away. With a quick rub of your eyes, you soon raise your head up to find a rather odd sight. Gone were the walls and furniture of your room as a vast plain of dirt and grass surrounded your entire body. "W-what the!?" You immediately scramble up in utter confusion as you gaze about your alien location dumbfounded. "W-Where am I? this isn't my room?" you think to yourself.
While your eyes continue to circle about the strange land, a sudden tremor begins to emerge from nearby. Shocked, you gaze down at the ground as you notice small loose pebbles begin to bounce lightly from the quakes. The force of the odd blows below you soon begin to increase in strength as a sudden large shadow overcasts above you. Terrified, you remain perfectly motionless for a brief second uncertain just what creature stood behind you. In your head, your brain was practically shouting at you to rush off, however, your body seemed to shutdown all control leaving you shuddering helplessly.
Whatever it was behind you seemed to remain perfectly still as the tremors from earlier completely ceased altogether. Just then, a sudden hot wind begins to hit the back of your body as the odd thing starts to breath behind you. "huh?" a female voice rings out from 6oclock to your utter surprise. "Are you okay?" the voice asks with a hint of confusion in it's tone. The sound of the voice luckily manages to calm your nerves slightly as whatever was talking didn't seem hostile in nature. "I-I'm fine." you stammer in a meek tone while desperately trying to regain control of your body. "Are you sure? you're as straight as a twig." the voice replies back.
"Yeah, I'm fine." you assure her while releasing a long sigh. With a few of your muscles back in control, you slowly attempt to turn your body to gaze up at the speaker. "It's just that I seem kinda-" A gasp interjects your sentence as you manage to finally gaze upon the voices owner in disbelief. Standing mere yards away from you was a massive lioness. Her brown pupils were focused entirely on your body as you were awestruck by her form. Despite the shocking sight, you could've sworn you've seen this lioness somewhere before. After a second or so of mind delving you can't help but notice that this lioness was none other than Kiara from the lion king movies!
"Kinda...what?" Kiara asks with a raised brow as her head shifts curiously to the size. "Just...Kinda lost..." You finish in a much softer tone than before, still awestruck by the discovery. "Lost?" she says before crouching down so her snout was mere feet away from you. "Awww, you poor mouse." A pitied expression takes up her face as her eyes continue to gaze at you in a rather cross eyed fashion. "Mouse?..." you stammer. "E-errmm I'm not a mouse." You reply while waving your hands up to dismiss the assumption. "You're not?" Kiara asks as her curious expression once again returns. "Then...just what are you?" "I'm...well, how do I put this?" You murmur, unsure if she even knew what a human being was. "Are you sure you're not a mouse?" Kiara asks once more as she squints her eyes slightly to get a better glimpse at you. "I mean, you're tiny and all that." "I'm not a-" A defeated groan emerges as you give your head a single shake. "Well...just think of me whatever you want." you conclude, seeing as how explaining your species would take quite some time to complete.
"So, what are you doing out here in the pride lands?" Kiara asks as her tail swishes behind her. "Well...I just happened to stumble upon here." you reply vaguely, doubting she'd even understand your story. "Huh, that's strange. Anyways Little mousey how about-"
