Out from the middle of the crowding guards was a tall young woman wearing a bright white dress with golden accents and ruffles along the bottom - her name is Princess Emmerdale, and she is the heir to the throne of the Kingdom of Bolden, Epula's neighbor to the south. Upon seeing her with his own eyes for the first time, Cyrus couldn't help but be in awe. She looks so much better in person than I could have ever imagined, he thought to himself silently.
Emmerdale walked up to Andaret and bowed her head. "Greetings and salutations, Princess Andaret of Epula. It is a pleasure to meet you," she said softly. Andaret bowed her head in kind and replied, "The pleasure is all mine, Princess Emmerdale of Bolden. It is my understanding that you are here on business terms?" Emmerdale nodded and said, "Yes, though not entirely - business comes first, of course, but I am to be visiting here in Epula for the following week." Andaret smiled, "Of course, we are happy to have you." She turned to Cyrus and said, "Cyrus, please escort Princess Emmerdale to her chambers - the Visitor's Quarters are located past the courtyard, through the dining hall, take a left at the end. Her room number should be 611820." Cyrus was surprised. "Uh, excuse me, Princess, but, how come you have so many visitors rooms?" Andaret looked at Cyrus plainly and simply stated, "It is of no concern to you right now. Now, can you please take her to her chambers?" Cyrus responded, "Yes, Your Majesty."
The other guards left the throne room, and Andaret leaned in to whisper something to Cyrus. "Try not to get too comfortable with her, squire - believe it or not, Emmerdale is one flatulent miss. Her gas does not compare to mine, but it is still oddly... charming, all the same. I know you have a thing for the gassy girls, hmhmhmhm." Cyrus tried to hide his blushing and replied, "R-Right, Princess."
And with that, Cyrus and Emmerdale left the throne room - Cyrus got a better idea of how tall Emmerdale was compared to him. He was 5'9" and she was about 6'6' - maybe even 6'7."
Once the two got past the courtyard and into the dining hall, a rumbling sound could be heard - it was coming from Emmerdale's stomach. "Oh, goodness me. Please excuse me, Sir Cyrus, I am simply famished - I have yet to have some lunch." The two stopped and Cyrus said, "No worries, Your Highness - would you like me to get you something to eat?" Emmerdale smiled. "Oh, you're very kind - that would be very nice of you, yes. Please get me some--"
