The only ones left I could think of are a couple of Andromeda Baddies.

Kalinda T'Reve: Peebee's ex-girlfriend and tormenter. She's here because she was emotionally abusive to Peebee in their relationship. And she is a downright irritating egocentric bitch in the game. Would be nice to see her get her, "just desserts" *hint hint wink wink*

And Annea the Angara, a tyrannical merchant in charge of the only steady supply of water on the scorching desert world of Elaaden. At least until Ryder comes along. Whether she's let that power go to her waistline in addition to her head, or meets a more expansive revenge based fate (because she never hesitated to let an exile die of heatstroke and dehydration out of spite)... I'll leave that up to you.

And I'll leave the 3rd slot empty if there's somebody on the wiki that I somehow missed, or in the unlikely event that we ever get a Mass Effect 4 or Andromeda 2.
