Only they weren't briars at all. In fact the rabbit she'd chased wasn't any old rabbit, but a lure trained for capturing the odd zombie out on a stroll.
In moments a troop of anthros were upon her, tying, gagging, and otherwise restraining the hapless undead before lifting her overhead into a big steel box in the back of a strange truck.
To make matters worse, they knocked off her hat.
It was her only one! How inconsiderate of them.
Now she was off to god knows where.
Well she didn't care too much really. They left some meat back here to keep her company, even if she couldn't eat it yet.
